I teach in the Intensive English Language Program. Two things I love about teaching at Immerse are the students and the warm sense of community. It is a joy to work with motivated adult English language learners from many different cultures, and the welcoming, faith-based atmosphere creates a positive learning environment.

In my role, I oversee our residents who live on Immerse's campus and serve on the Executive Leadership Team. I believe our varying personalities and even cultures can be a reflection of God's creativity. Many of our residents describe Immerse's community as a family. I love that I get to be a part of such a special place where people from many countries far and wide befriend and bless each other.

I take care of the day-to-day financial operations at Immerse. Years ago, I was a resident here, and I feel like I’ve come full circle in working here and can give back some of what I received. I also love working with the Immerse team. They genuinely care about every student and resident. It is wonderful to be a part of an international community and share in these meaningful relationships.

I'm grateful to be involved at Immerse, where I can invest in building bridges across communities and cultures and helping others to discover and live out their God-given gifts and passions.

I serve as the Holistic Care Coordinator, helping to cultivate a deeper spiritual life and overall well-being within the Immerse community and creating partnerships with the local faith community. I enjoy learning from the various cultures and hearing the stories of hope and resilience amidst great challenges. I also appreciate the staff at Immerse and their commitment to pray and care for each person that God brings to this community.
